"Do NOT take your business here. If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for a key fob replacement at 9am (made appointment day before). No one came. No communication. Had to cancel appointments and work. 10 hours later I was finally helped. I had to call them (they didn't update me on anything or call me) asking for when the technician would come. I was met with a different answer every time. Between 10-1. Between 1-3. Between 5-7. And was told 20 minutes away 4 times. The technician was unreachable. Went to voice mail and at one point. The only phone call I received was asking if I could tell the technician to call the office because they can't reach him and they needed to send him to a higher priority job. (Still no technician). And then I was told the car broke down at 9am and they were trying to fix it all day. Meaning no one was coming at all when the office was lying to me about arrival times. Poor customer service. Unprofessional communication. Was met with rudeness, confusion and different answers every time I called. Not to mention they don't tell you about all the charges when they give you a quote. They only tell you how much the actual key is. Not the programming or technician fee. Runs you up another $100. The technician did give us a discount for being 10 hours late and having me stand around my house canceling the day for his arrival. If you need a key take your business elsewhere."
