I had an 8:00 appointment, but the crew member called and said that due to the weather, he was going to be late. "They came, they pumped and they didn't actually fix the clog or check in that the work they did fixed the clog, thought the tanks could be full (tho their records said they had just pumped less then 2 years before) they weren't and still pumped anyways even tho I had expressed i wasn't sure that was the issue that was causing the back up, I was told it was that my leach lines were blocked (not the case) but turns out everything they did was pointless cause they only sent the pump truck assuming they knew what it was before finding the issue, pumped tank, got paid and left. I had construction crew, a disabled father and daughter I care for so I'm pretty busy and didn't get to check that the line was clear before paying. Long story short had another plumber come to tell us the clog was under the shower and toilet area and nothing to do with tanks or leach lines. :/"

"It was hard to watch the disrespect of this company in the wake of the pandemic. My amazing partner had just landed a job here. John never put him on the payroll like he was supposed to and then completely ghosted his employee, knowing he created no legal bind of employment. He gave my partner no updates and never brought him back, despite saying they would be in contact. What a horrible way to run a company. I wish John knew how detrimental that was to our survival as a family."
