"Cool spot no doubt, sleek, industrial vibes. Pastries were decent. Don’t get the croissants though, dry and flakey. Also miffed at how unfriendly the gentleman at the counter was :/ we went Sunday morning and he practically snapped at us while we made our order. “Don’t order drinks with me, drinks only at the counter!!, So will that be all??” I’m not sure if they’re just a sassy person but came across as rude…"

"Cute bakery with great food, service, and plenty of seating. We really liked their croissants and pastries. They’re also open on Sundays, which is a huge plus. We got their Sunday special today, which was a pork belly on focaccia breakfast sandwich and it was amazing. Highly recommend!"

I remember visiting them when they worked out of the ghost kitchen and they’ve done a great job upgrading to this amazing space in Salt Lake! The new space has so much room and a great place to hang out and chat/work/enjoy their delicious pastries and drinks. Don’t skip on any of their pastries, they are ALL good, buuuut my favorite has to be the croissant donut. I also ordered the olive oil cake from them and it was one of the best olive oil cakes I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Was looking for a local bakery to get something special for a dinner. Found Forty Three Bakery and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of baked goods. All the cakes looked amazing and were really reasonably priced. The cake I bought was $25. It was a devil food cake with chocolate chip cookie crumbles with browned butter frosting. It was so good, everyone loved it. Can't wait to go back and try some other pastries."

"I come here a few times a month. Coffee is great, and I live the pastries, particularly the raspberry vanilla bean danish and the huge breakfast pastry. If you're looking for brunch, the bagel and lox is one of the best I've had (and I've had ones up and down the west coast and Alaska). I especially love the building they have. It's super spacious and filled with natural light. I love to come here occasionally just to sit and have a coffee and pastry and read. They also have other food like sandwiches and brunch options. I haven't tried them yet, but they look amazing!"
