"Worst and horrible customer service. When I called to verify a part number, the office staff said they didn’t have the part number. I said the part number is on the invoice. She said she didn’t have the invoice. Said to call warranty company. Staff must hate their job. The warranty company said they should have given the part number to me. I have A and R in my phone contacts to never use again for a home warranty repair. I noticed all the ‘1 stars’ on their reviews. Company should not be in business. Staff hung up on me!"
"My experience was rather good despite the other reviews. Our property management sent this company to diagnose a repeating wash cycle on my dishwasher. They came over for less than 5 mins to get info on dishwasher so they could order parts. They were back the next week to fix it, took only 20 minutes or so. The tech brought a trainee too and they were both very friendly. Only reason I knocked a star off is because they called me ahead of time asking which day I was free, I picked a day, and then I tried to call right back to change the day and they did not pick up the phone nor respond to my voicemail."
"Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. We got referred to them through our allstate warranty and they canceled my appointment because i missed their call to let me know the tech was on his way. I was waiting for the tech from 8:00 am and made sure to call the office to make sure I wouldn’t miss him 11:35 came along and that’s when i missed the call from the tech. I called back within 7 minutes from the missed call and they told me it was too late and the technician had moved in to next appointment. After reading this reviews I’m glad they cancelled my appointment and didn’t have to do business with them."
"You don’t even need to read the reviews the fact that they almost reach 200 one star reviews should tell you all you need to know. This place is ran by morons. The reason why we didn’t was because we got our washer through Lowe’s and this is the place they recommended so we trusted this business. Our washer broke down in October and it barely got fixed the beginning of December. While I understand the wait time to order parts, it shouldn’t take this long. They sent Frank to fix the issue and Frank reschedule multiple times due to a “family emergency” he replaced the part and took off without testing the machine. I called him back right away to let him know and he never replied to calls, or texts. On Monday I called the office and Janet (one of the owners) answered and sounded bothered with Frank after I explained what happened. She said that this is not how they work and was going to have a serious talk with Frank. They ordered a new part which meant we had to wait about a week and a half. We requested a new technician because we lost trust in Frank. They sent Fernando which by the way Fernando was the most reliable and professional person out of all the morons that work for this business. Fernando brought the new part but was unable to test it because the last time Frank came, Frank broke the latch that locks the machine. So the company had submit a request to the insurance and get their approval for the new part. So now it was more waiting from the insurance and more waiting on them to order the part. Then after a couple of weeks of waiting, Crista, calls to schedule an appointment for Fernando to come. She said she could schedule us a week out which at this point I explained that since one of their technicians broke our latch and we had to wait so long couldn’t they schedule us sooner as courtesy? She said that she couldn’t because it would be “unethical” to reschedule other clients. I told her that, they have been nothing but unethical with us. This pissed her off and said that they have been nothing but accommodating with us. Which they never have, they never took accountability for their unprofessional technician, the least they could’ve done was schedule a sooner date or even apologize. Crista suggested that she could schedule a sooner date but it would be Frank coming in, the same unprofessional technician that reschedule many times and broke our latch. I told her that we lost trust in Frank. She continued to be disrespectful to me by raising her voice and saying that they haven’t been unethical. I was quiet listening to her and then she continued to raise her voice and said, “we cannot give you a sooner date, I hope you have a great rest of your day.” And she hung up….she clearly prove my point on her own by being unethical, raising her voice and hanging up. Later Janet calls me but she was not apologetic even after I told her Crista hung up. She only call to see if she could fit me in at an earlier day. She wouldn’t have called if I wouldn’t have voiced to Crista how unprofessional they have been. Fernando came in fixed the machine and stayed to test it out. This company is ran by idiots starting with the owners and the girls at the office I understand there’s nothing you can do but please have some customer service and don’t be a Crista. Fernando doesn’t deserve to work for this pathetic place, he has been the most professional person here. Before I end I do need to mentioned that I mentioned to Crista that I now see why they have bad reviews. She quickly suggested that I don’t bring up the bad reviews to Janet, making it sound like there would be some type of retaliation if I brought it up to Janet. Just trust the reviews and don’t go with them."
