"I bought a SV 650 there it was my 2nd bike but only my 2nd month of riding so my experience was limited. It was used with around 11000 miles. Paid a little more than I should have but not too bad. They said it was all good but after taking it to the mechanic I found out it wasn't. The oil was overfilled by a lot. It should sit right in the middle of the sight glass, it was filled all the way. The coolant was underfilled by 3/4. Luckily, I caught that early. They told me the tires were good, but the front was 7 years old, no good. Now, a few months later I have learned they also put an extremely unsafe chain on the bike. It is a clip style, which is never used on street bikes. Of course, I didn't know this at the time, but I am sure that is what they were hoping for. The clip did come off, luckily, I did not crash. But now I have to pay for new chain and sprocket because they put the wrong one on. This is a very serious error; I could have really gotten hurt or worse. Very disappointing. They also said they checked the valve clearances but with all these other mistakes I would not be surprised that they screwed that up too. Just be really careful buying used from these guys. Make sure you go with someone that has experience because they certainly don't."

"I have purchased 5 bikes from them and have recommended multiple friends who have all bought bikes here. Dan is my go to guy, super chill and no pressure sales guy. He's there to help if you need it and they don't come over and bug you if your just looking around, which for me is appreciated, I'm in the camp that if I need help I'll ask for it. Every purchase I've made was cheaper than any other shops listed price and ultimately that's most important. When purchasing they have it down to an extremely efficient process, it's never taken longer than 30 min for me. They offer a discount on all in store items after making a vehicle purchase which is great, buy your first oil change items during this window.
