"I went to buy a new battery before my move to Colorado...got supposedly the best which was a red top optima battery. He sold me the wrong one and we broke down in 12 deg weather with a 4 year old and 2 dogs...took AAA 4 hours to get to us to be towed to a hotel. We were huddled together to keep warm....it could have been a disaster. I am calling hq to complain because we could have died....I'm also going to talk to the manager there at the place we got the battery. I am so angry at O'Reilly Auto parts. Just make sure u do your own research before u trust one of the employees there...."
