"I like this bank even tho they stretched their hrs til 5pm I still would like to see 6pm and be open on Saturdays as some people get off work at 4 and 5 and can't make it in on time, so Saturdays would be nice, also if you have to block your debit card for some reason or another or lose it you can't get a temporary card you have to wait for it via mail, and that's a big inconvenience for sure. But all in all it's a decent bank and the people are nice at my bank.oh one more thing the app doesn't let you go back on the back button you have to exit it everytime and start over."

"Stock investors are more important than bank customers. When I wanted to transfer a loan to my mortgage payment they said no, it won't be good for their investors. I have had a mortgage for 20 years with this bank and never a late payment. "World's Great Bank" is such a conceited motto. And their phone system is useless. Last time I called they said it would be a 58 minute wait."

"They will not allow me to open an account because my mailing address is a PO box, due to living off grid in Petrolia. Despite having a reliable and healthy income, a strong credit score, and having held my last bank account for 26 years. It's funny that banks will deny people on a technicality such as this, and it feels quite discriminatory."
