"This branch is terrible, unfortunately it is the closest to me, and they closed the branch nearest my office. I needed to replace a no longer working card. Walked in, no one available to greet or assist. Got in line, teller welcomed me, thanked me for being a platinum preferred member, and told me she couldn't help me (which was fine). She explained I'd need to speak to an associate, and that she would try to get me an appointment. Manager came out, again thanked me for my preferred status, then she asked if I do online banking, I told her, "I do not, and am not interested in starting". She told me all of her employees were busy, but that I could be seen in 40 minutes. So I asked if I could leave to run an errand and be back in 40 min, she told me no, because I didn't have an appointment and there could be an earlier appointment which I'd miss if I left. So I asked if there was a number I could call while I waited to have a new card issued; she gave it to me. While sitting on the couch on hold and verifying my information, she sat in her glass office staring at the wall. Eventually one of the other associates finished with their client and went into the manager's office, and decided to chat a bit. After 2 dropped calls and about 15 minutes on my phone, I was able to order a new card. Perhaps the manager had something very important on her wall she was staring at, or maybe she doesn't have the ability to request new cards. From a customer perspective, optically speaking, it looked like she just had no interest in doing any work or helping a customer. To their credit she and the associate both smiled and waved as I walked out. Great service."
"Cashiers work at the worst with star ratings hereToo unfriendly This branch is not too friendly My banking business could not be handled here, so it was handled kindly and quickly at another branch. What are the cashiers who work here doing?"
"I am trying to call the branch location to speak with someone about a mortgage. They will not answer the phone and just keep referring you back to the website. I just want to speak with a human about refinancing or purchasing a new home. I guess I will not be doing that with Bank of America."
"I had to get urgent legal documents signed by the notary twice in the past month and they cancelled my appointments last minute both times and refused to compensate for the cost to go to a different notary. Not to mention the amount of time and money wasted taking off work to do this. I don't recommend ever going to this branch"
"What a JOKE. This bank shuts my card off due to fraud and says nothing. For two months my online transactions fail randomly. I finally call them to ask why and they said the card was flagged for fraud two months ago. They give me a list of transactions to go through and we finally find a forty cent fraud charge so they completely terminate the card. That was almost 4 months ago. For these four months I have been using 30 day temp business cards that takes a solid 2-3 hour wait in the lobby. So today I'm actually being forced to switch banks, because they cannot do a simple little card replacement. Thank you Bank of America for wasting hours of my life and showing me that it is worth the extra effort to find a bank that doesn't suck."
