"Great storage facility. Clean and quiet. I have been there for 3 years and have had no problems at all."
"Best storage in the county. Most secure and easily accessible. Well maintained and staff are amazing. Hopefully they can continue to expand to meet overwhelming demands locally."
"It's clean and dry never had any problems getting our things in and out. We live in a small apartment so we have to get stuff pretty regularly. As long as you are never late on your payments all is well."
"Negative stars. This place is garbage. The facilities and units are nice. The staff are really rude snotty b******. They are super rude. When I originally called it was to ask their availability for which I was told I could check their website and hung up on. Unfortunately Iwas in a pinch and no other storage places had openings. I later found out that they lock you out of your storage unit at any given time if you take to long unloading your belongings and have ridiculous rules which like another google reviewer stated "they will put you on time out like a child". I've never encountered any other storage place like this. It's crazy what businesses in this town think they can get away with because it's a small town and there aren't a lot of options. The storage place on Humboldt Hill is much better. I would have went to them but they were full. Beware."
"This is a very nice facility, lots of units, both outdoor drive up units and inside what used to be a movie theater (2 floors with a freight elevator in there). This is where the good things end. There is no office here. The management at the office on Broadway is not customer friendly at all. There is a lot of demand for storage units in the area, so they treat their customers like garbage, since they have a waiting list of up to 5 people waiting to pay them for your storage unit anyway. They will lock you out of the keypad at the gate, as well as put their own lock on your unit so you can't get in, if you're there for more than 30 minutes, or break one of their other "rules". I think this is ridiculous, what about people with small cars who can't pack a giant box because it won't fit in the car & need to take all their things, then put the box together, put their items in the box, and then into the unit on-site? There are other ridiculous rules that they will put you in "time-out" for. When you're sitting at the gate with people behind you trying to get in getting mad at you, you call them (because they don't call you and let you know there was an issue & you've been locked out) and they tell you what you did to be a "bad boy/girl" and inform you that you are in "time out" until up to 5PM the FOLLOWING DAY even if you are calling them during business hours. I own a business that has no brick-and-mortar location, and if a storage space wasn't vital to my business, I would have taken my property out of there a long time ago. Unfortunately, I own things that aren't small and cant fit into my house nor sit outside in the elements. If you don't want to be put in time out like a child, look around the area for another storage space not owned by Rainbow. By the way, they're not cheap either. The only reason we rented with them is because they have a 24 hour kiosk 4 miles away at the main office, and we were in need of a storage space on Christmas Day. If we knew what we were getting into with a company that treated their customers this way, to not only do it, but not even bother notifying you, that they're locking you out for exceeding their (un-announced & not even in the contract) 30 minute time limit, we would never have done business with them. I basically feel like they're treating me as if they think I'm running a meth-lab out of the storage space, when it couldn't be further than the truth... the unit is full of stuffed animals and arcade claw machine games. Will be moving somewhere else as soon as we can, every time I pay them my blood boils."
