Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"This doesn't go directly to this BOA. Not sure whats going on with BOA. 1. I've sent money for 5 years to someone at another bank thru my checking. The option is now gone. Called and the rep was an idiot. Had to conpletely start over and add all their info again, causing me to be late on rent. 2. Right after the call i received a notice I'm getting a new card, which i dont need or want. Now i have to change all my accounts for the new card. Stupid 3. Their call service is horrible. Cant understand what you say, offers weird advice, and is frustrating. Just horrible"

"I want to rate this branch with a negative one but is not available. There is a woman from the staff who was so racial to me, I see her laughing with the other consumer and listening to them but when is my turn she changed her face, and making my time as a rest drinking her coffee, and treated me as less important, she is horrible counter ever."

"For some reason this branch is closed. No communications and out of date signs. They are not maintaining a presence and the ATM machines don't allow withdrawals. - i went to the nearby financial center at bella terra and the line was ridiculous. People waiting in the sunlight get inside. I am sick of all the inconvenience these corporations are causing in the name of covid-19. There is no excuse for this branch to be closed."

"There is usually a long wait is expected here, especially after the covid 19 outbreak. But they follow the safety manuals well. Before you marked where to stand before anyone enters, and the security guards helped people. They also provides some chairs to sit while you are waiting. There were separate entrance and exit and each side has atms as well. The long line reduces quicker than my expectation so I don't complain. Also, the workers are kind, so I was impressed and felt respected. The woman was kind and knowledgeable and helped me very well. She not only gave me the right information but also guided me to the right person quickly, not forgetting asking me what else she could do for me. Otherwise, I could have forgotten and gone back again. And the man I was transferred to was also fast. He fixed my problem and kind enough to bring me to the atm to check if everything's good. So I think this branch is far better than the other branch that I used to go. The othe one was always crowded. Good to have this kind of bank near me. The only con is that now their normal hours are reduced so they open 10 am in the morning. I wish they open sooner. Other than that, it is good!"
