"I am currently outside of Bmo I. La Mirada and I got here at 4:47 and they are closed .This is very inconvenient and have had previous issues with staff and how helpful they are at this location. Why have hours open until five if the staff closes earlier. The worst."

"If there is less than ZERO.I will give it to the rude manager (Leon)who was there @ that time when I went there. and he said he can't open the account...I don't understand what bank is open for business the branch manager CAN'T HELP clients for opening account.his body language is VERY UNWELCOME... looking to the clock.and he isn't even in the lobby...lobby is empty.I hope his excuse probably because I was late...I was there 5:30 pm sharp.and because he's not in the lobby purposely so he can't help anyone on Friday evening...If that the case Why you guys open until 6pm ???? You could say we can't help after certain time ..this manager is bad picture to the bank his excuse he wants to go home .. right where is your responsibility as manager????. another thing I went to the other branch Ceritos and they don't have any banker to open accounts .. I will never recommend this branch with poor service ."

"Best bank ever. The staff is always so helpful and polite. The branch manager and assistant manager always go out of their way to help me. I feel like family every time I walk in that bank because they know me by name and they always have a big "hello" for me."

"Most unprofessional inconsiderate branch I’ve ever dealt with and I have five different businesses and multiple accounts and bank regularly at different locations and this is the worst! Don’t bother calling ahead to verify you can do a transaction or going into the branch for assistance they will say one thing over the phone and waste your time when you get there. Twice have gone into this branch to make a Simple withdraw from my account, both times I verified I was able to make the withdrawal before driving all the way to the location. Once arriving at the location I am been told they cannot do my transaction and for most recent time thet lied and said it was a problem with “my account”. I just Verified with my banker this was a lie there is no limitation on my account. Verlie cost my business over $10,000 today and Not only did they not care but it’s not the first time this is happened with Bank Of The West especially this location. Do you self a favor and drive a little bit further to the Cerritos location to open your accounts well worth the extra 10 minutes!"
