"This review is for 12am on May 23 and is directly about the LACK of service from Kimberly ! I went in one person in line great. While waiting for 15 minutes 6 other people come in. Kimberly was chit chatting with a woman & her daughter about gymnastics, photos, school . One customer behind me asked another Wells Fargo employee to go get more help. No one came out to help. He left angry. Finally my turn & to my dismay she would NOT CASH 2 checks for me. My husband signed the back as did I. She REFUSED ! While some may ask what the problem was, I am asking also as I have 4 yes 4 accounts with them, all under MY NAME & SS #. Have been banking with them since 1976. I left angry & have vowed to NOT USE THEIR CREDIT CARDS ANYMORE ! To the management; you really need to teach your tellers the importance of not CHATTING endlessly with a customer when they have people waiting on their lunches. Kimberly wasted my lunch. THANKS FOR NOTHING !!!"
"The teller was incredibly helpful, yesterday when i stopped by. I wish I knew his name but he did say that he was new with the branch. He was friendly, welcomed me to the bank, efficient and informative. Not once was there a bad attitude, instead, always a smile. The four stars vs five because, not one of the representatives at the desks even tried to help. I had to stop one of the assistant managers as she sped by me a third time to ask a question. I still need to go back because my second concern was never resolved. My suggestion is for management....pay attention to customers that walk in and seem confused or even lost. Take a second to quickly inquire if their help could be of benefit. And smile... no matter how inconvenient it may be, smile. Thank goodness to the teller that saved the visit."
"I wish I could give a negative Star as this bank is not being run correctly. They make customers always wait very long time while they pull tellers off the line to count bundles of money with the supervisor. They need to do this when they are closed so not make customers wait in line for 30 minutes. If I ran my business like this bank ,I would of been out of business many years ago. They really don't care and only pretend to . Terrible bank. The only worse one is B of A. And by the way look at all the AI review replies are done by a robot bot. They say exactly the same reply to all the negative reviews."
"I’m very sad to write this review, but I have to.. I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for the past 21 years.. My personal accounts, my business accounts, all with Wells Fargo.. And this exact location it’s been my go to location since the beginning.. They have never been so great when it comes to customer service but at least they were decent… But lately, the last two visits for me there it was horrible.. the customer service ..the attitude ..the way they answer your question.. I think customers deserve better attitude than that.. I just had to write this review before you guys lose more customers.."
"I wish I would have read the ratings before I walked through the front door. Could not get a hold of anybody on the phone so I decided to go in to try to make an appointment to open up a new account for a CD and a checking account. The teller that I contacted said that I had to go online to make the appointment. I said I went to the website and I did not readily find the appointment option. He said that he had no ability to check anybody's availability and then he asked a supervisor who confirmed that they don't have any ability to check anybody's availability to open up an account but they knew that there was not any availability today. He took my name and phone number and quite frankly at that point I had a feeling I would never get a call back. I went out to the parking lot got on the website again and scroll through to some other options and on the second or third page I found the appointment section. I saw that there was an appointment at 4:00 p.m., it was now 1:00 p.m., so I signed up for that appointment. Then I started checking out some other banks and I called one that I did not have a relationship with, but they actually answer the phone and told me that they had somebody that can meet with me the same day at 3:00 p.m. I went to the 3:00 appointment at another institution and was more than pleased with opening the $70,000 CD and a checking account with them. I then canceled the appointment at 4:00 p.m. with this Wells Fargo location."
