"Warning, do not use ATM machines to make deposit. I tried to make deposit and the machine didn’t confirm the deposit, making my balance remain as it didn’t. When I tried asking for help, Carson, a person who works at the bank, was very rude telling me that I need to solve by myself. If you are going to put an ATM, you are also to at least help resolve a problem."

"Today on 1/28/2024. Sunday morning at 10:20am, I went in to to make a cash deposit and they did not process my deposit transaction. Please becareful when you make a cash deposit at this location. They accept my cash deposit but did not process my money! Becareful folks. Please credit my cash deposit transaction Chase Bank!"

"When you walk into the bank at 4:20 and you wait until they tell you that you can't open up an account because all the bankers are busy, and you're trying to open 2 bank accounts. If they're treating you like that when you're trying to do new business with them, imagine when you're a customer."

"COULD BE HELD AT GUNPOINT. This chase has not always been the best, but come on. Look at this ATM and tell me you don't feel unsafe putting your card there. if they have enough time to tag this many times can you imagine how unattended this ATM is. there can be a gangster just parked waiting for you it's obviously some type of marked territory , so disappointed in the maintenance. Your card may be compromised!!!!! Also i tried many times to write review through phone and kept occurring error. must be why last review is 5 months ago...."
