"Who ever manages this location is lazy! Went to exchange money, after being told over the phone that I could, showed up at 4:15 and after waiting in a long line was told the cut off was at 4pm. Frustrating but ok, I came back and again waited in a long line but was able to make by 3:45 only to be told that the cut off was 3:30 -- sounds like they're just making up rules not to help me! Super frustrating when I'm making adjustments to my work schedule for this to happen. The teller was nice (both times) but whoever supervising definitely not doing their job."
"There's like 20 people in line and only 2 tellers. There's a couple other people that work here just walking around or hanging out. Like why can't they jump in and help. Also no business line so I'm just going to hold up the line even more with my deposits. Idk how bank of america still functions"
"Pretty much what everyone else said. Manager is rude and snarky. Lines are long. All the tellers look like they hate being there. I avoid coming inside unless it's absolutely necessary. I drive to locations further away and avoid coming to this one."
"Almost didn't go just reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised everyone was friendly and helpful. While I was in line a lady came and asked everyone if they needed any help also speeding up the line if there was anyone that could use the automated teller. My teller was very friendly, and quick. People can't just be mad because its a busy area and its packed and have to wait."
"Can't take a picture of the many people waiting in line. But honestly, I will really recommend you to avoid this bank, don't get me wrong I like Bank of America but this location is busy all the time, and it's only TWO cashiers attending the costumers. You see more people but they are just walking around, while you're waiting for almost 40 minutes to get help, it's stupid."
