Reviews
"Bank of America Financial Center in Long Beach provides excellent banking services. Friendly staff and convenient hours make it a reliable choice."
"Went in to deposit a $100 bill to my account that their outdated ATM would not accept, the paranoid overweight male teller behind the window quickly profiled my brother based on his race or appearance and asked if he was "waiting for someone" as he assisted another customer. Five minutes later, the disheveled, scruffy looking manager came out and asked him if he needed "help", knowing well that we walked in together. If that wasn't bad enough, the lazy female teller had the nerve to make me fill out a deposit slip even if there was no one waiting in line, this after their ATM didn't accept my money. The lines are always terrible, their service sucks, and management and staff are racist. Avoid this branch at all costs."
"I've unfortunately had to visit this bank every month for the past 20 years to pay my mortgage, and credit card. It is the slowest bank ever. There is always a long line and only one teller. There is never 2 tellers ever. Only 1 and she takes forever. Every time I go it is a minimum wait of 20 minutes for a simple transaction. Yesterday I was told they can no longer accept cash from me as a mortgage payment. I told the manager I pay my mortgage every month here cash and asked why is there a problem now. He said it's been the policy sense 2017. But somehow they accepted cash payments from me until yesterday. Which makes me think they are stupid and don't really know how to do their jobs cause I'm still not sure if they where just wrong yesterday or if they where wrong on the last 48 payments I made for taking my payments then... Side note literally every time I visit another customer complains about the wait and only teller and every time they just say "I'm sorry about the wait, I know we need another teller, we are working on it" ...they have been saying that like 13 years now just fyi there will only be one teller and a long line. Pick any other bank"
"3 bankers available to help only 1 working helping clients. Super long wait because only 1 can help? Had to leave and come back another day. Same problem. You can tell management does not make it a priority to make customers feel like they matter. So glad I use online banking. Painful place to do business with."
"Through the years, I've always enjoyed coming to this Bank of America location, especially since my son attended elementary school down the street. To me, this location has never had as long as wait lines as compared to other Bank of America locations."
