"Waited in line for far too long today and finally just left. ONE teller working. It was a joke. 4 other customers also leff. I've already moved most of my money to a credit union because the service is terrible, but I kept WF in case I needed something close to my house. But there's really no point because this bank, who makes a ton of money, doesn't staff properly and has horrible hours. Officially moving all money out. Socal credit union, LA Credit Union, and OC credit union are all better options."

"I have been to this branch a hand full of times it's a nice branch, never to crowded, and I'm never in line for to long. The reason for the one star is because the customer service that I received from this particular teller on 3 different occasions just doesn't sit well with me. She is just not friendly at all she has a stank look on her face, she doesn't smile, I say thank you and she says nothing, I say have a good day she says nothing, she actually acts like a robot, if I wanted a robot I would go to the ATM. She just seems unhappy with her job and in customer service you just can't be that way. People are coming in doing lots of things and to go in and be treated like an annoyance just doesn't feel nice. She needs to perk up in her customer service job. I'm still going to go to this branch I just will not go to her anymore. There is enough anger in the world right now that I do not need to be in front of a person in a customer service based company that is just not nice. And let me remind you I have been in front of her 3 or 4 times and she is exactly the same way every time."

"Had fraudulent activity on my account. I was contacted by phone and text by someone trying to scam me posing as Wells Fargo. I decided to visit the branch. When I stood at the usual place to see someone, I waited 20 minutes, but no one was working except the tellers. Someone came out and gave me the 800 number or told me I could speak with a banker in 7 days! This was time sensitive stuff. I know that when I close my account (9 in total) they will not give a S__t! I have banked with them since 1984 and SHAME ON THEM. I am sure no one will contact me about this as well. F&M would never tolerate this, nor Chase, or B of A or Burbank Savings!!"

"Please take peoples reviews that are downers with a grain of salt, first of all. I’ll start out saying I detest banks. It’s always such a pain to wait in line forever and then deal with a lifeless robot serving you. I come to this branch particularly because it is different. I come in, address what I want, say please and thank you, and the customer service is phenomenal even on the days I’m a bit snappy. They hire very helpful and patient tellers. I’ve seen the most ridiculous and entitled people raise a fuss over nothing and credit to these tellers who receive horrible humans to make happy while being very kind and stick to it. I respect them for it. I’ll sum it up- if you are reasonable, if you are just a little understanding or considerate or other people, you’ll come here and have an easy in and out with everything taken care of. They’re good people."

"Before I get to the door a nice gentleman with a big smile open the door & greet me & said Cody will help me. Cody is very friendly, courteous and kind. Cody greeted me Happy birthday. Matthew gave me a rose. Every bankers are friendly, respectful and happy environment. The bank is clean. They deserve 100 Stars.The greatest Wells Fargo bank I've ever been."
