"They Close before 430 I over heard the ladies talking about how they don't clock out until they drive away from building so I am assuming walking out early and taking early lunches are a thing here especially all the food deliveries that go in and out of here these people are very judgemental and only attend there to there own Kind make a appointment before arrival"

"The manager for this location needs to help when there are long lines during the morning. The fact that it takes 30 minutes just to check in and open a new account is unacceptable."

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Never more than 1 teller.l for lines of 5-10 people waiting. Anything that needs a manager requires the teller to walk around out front and get the manager to come back and resolve it, in the meantime everybody is just waiting. While this is happening there's 4-5 bank employees in booths for loans, mortgages, etc but no customers. BofA, just close this branch so no one expects service here. We're not getting it, only the false hope that we would be able to take care of routine transactions in less than 30 minutes."

"Went to this bank on Friday; Atms must have have had cards skimmers as 2 days later my card details was used at a nearby Wells Fargo in downey and $900 was stolen from me. Avoid at all cost. Couldn't even use the bank tellers inside as they said I had to withdraw outside. Sounded like a set up to me. Never coming here again and if you value your money; I suggest you do the same"
