"I have been going to him for years. Even brought him business. This last time, he was incredibly rude. I should have known by the way he was talking to the people before me, but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. He did my taxes so fast; not allowing time to make sure if there was no error. He did in fact make a mistake and even rushed me out so fast I was so confused about whether he even charged me or added the part of return/dues. (I did pay for the record). I left out of that appointment feeling hurt and discouraged with his service. He has completely changed from his light-hearted and humble ways. I completely understood that he is no longer doing taxes, but man, there was no reason to be so rude, as to basically kick us out in 20 minutes, and even yell towards the end. When I got home, I saw that he made an error. I called to let him know and texted him to follow-up. Today, he called and made me read the line in a demeaning way. I understood the line he made me read and his math was in fact wrong and he said that "How dare I question him when I have been going to him for years and that he refused services." He even cancelled my parents’ appointment. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not go to him. Someone managing finances should make you feel comfortable and in good hands. One star is honestly too generous."
