"My family & I always have pleasant experiences at this bank. The workers are very kind, friendly, and professional. They've also offered advice & made wonderful suggestions when we didn't know much about IRAs, the programs offered to O.C. teachers etc. , and more. We also appreciate the banking times. Some banks have shorter hours, making this bank really convenient & it's in a nice area, so you could also get some shopping/ errands done."
"I went to this location for distance convenience, however; I was not fully satisfied with the service. The young lady that helped me was not welcoming and didn’t show any effort to cover my questions. At the end of our meeting she just said “Ok if not more questions you are ready to go” and she just remained sorted on her chair and never shook my hand once. At the Downey location I always welcomed with a charming smile and always make me feel comfortable."
