As my companions and I approached the entrance well before closing time, we were met with the unmistakable sound of the door being locked in our faces, as if we were unwelcome intruders rather than potential customers. The blatant disregard for basic courtesy exhibited by Fred Loya Insurance is nothing short of appalling. Instead of accommodating our arrival, they chose to barricade themselves behind closed doors, leaving us stranded outside with no explanation or apology. It's as if they believe their time is more valuable than ours, an attitude that reeks of arrogance and entitlement. This egregious display of disrespect is a clear reflection of Fred Loya Insurance's overall lack of professionalism and customer care. If they can't even manage to keep their doors open until the posted closing time, how can they be trusted to handle something as important as insurance? Process from start to finish can take well over 1 1/2 hours( took me about 2 hrs and didn't get i/. They have to submit your insurance application to a supervisor and hope that supervisor is not busy to review the application/contract."
