"HORRIBLE insurance agency. This agency modified my policy without my knowledge, thankfully I received an email with the update and the price was ridiculous. I called them to cancel the policy and they were making it difficult to cancel. The manager stated that I needed to go in person in order to cancel. After going back and forth I was able to cancel. Now I have my policy with State Farm and my only regret is not switching sooner."
"Horrible customer service i put a complaint with california department of insurance because they commit fraud they told my dad to put a different address so it could be cheaper when he opened the policy and now that we haven't paid our renewals with them because they charge a fee a manager called us and told us that since they are not getting any money from us they were going to change the address because its not fair that we are saving money and they're not charging a fee. we told him that his employee did that for us and he said Ana (EMPLOYEE) didn't matter and he can do what ever he wanted to EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER DIDNT SIGN AGREEING WITH THE CHANGES. And fyi who ever has infinity can deal directly with infinity and avoid absurd fees from the agents office."
"I really don't understand how they have good reviews. They over charged me on 4 occasions. First when I purchased coverage for an out of state rental car. Ana Sanchez charged me over the phone and then the next month they charged me again because they had added a RENTAL car that I had for a week (They knew this information because they charged me over the phone for a 7 day rental quote) onto my policy. And on top of that charged me again in that month for the 7 day rental I had already paid for! Ana's excuse was that I had to call to cancel that rental car coverage which she never told me about. But how is it even possible to add a rental onto my policy in the first place? They never refunded my money for this but of course they give you excuses saying just to wait for a credit the next month which never happens. Then 2 months ago when I added my new car I was charged $50 by Ana to add my car onto the policy through zelle which I know probably was them scamming me but I didn't want to argue anymore and I was told my new monthly price would be $227. But of course the next month what do you know??? It's not $227 it's $240 coming out of my bank. When I called last week to ask them not to renew my policy the person on the phone said I need to come in to sign papers and there's no other way to cancel. After I hung up I thought about it and it just really seemed ridiculous that to cancel a policy renewal I had to go in person especially right now while we're in a pandemic. So I called back another day and Ana answered and basically started telling me the same thing to come in person. But then she started switching it up saying if I want to cancel she would charge me a fee but I wasn't cancelling early I'm just telling them not to renew my policy. She then proceeds to tell me that she can actually cancel the renewal but she has to wait 2 days before my current policy expires. I express to her that I don't trust them to cancel it because I've been overcharged many times and she tells me to just tell my bank to block their payments instead. I tell her that the bank charges $30 to do that and that isn't something I should be doing anyways. So I ask for a number to the main office I can call to cancel myself and she says that only they can do that and they won't help customers. But after basically arguing with her for a few minutes she tells me to call to see if I can cancel myself. After I finally get the number to call I ask her if she's still going to try to cancel it herself just in case I can't do it and she says no just figure it out since you want to call to do it. Idk how people who work it customer service can be so rude but this is basically my experience here. I did end up calling and the person who helped me made it so easy. All I had to do was write a letter with my policy number and the date I wanted to cancel and email it to them but yet these people at this location especially Ana kept giving me the run around. Don't get this insurance. They are seriously the worst. They also don't speak English at all so good luck if your spanish isn't that great."
"I honestly never leave reviews even when the service has been bad, but the service is beyond bad which is why I feel I had to warn other potential customers. All I am inquiring is a declaration page which is honestly the easiest thing a broker can do. I've been placed on hold for over 15 minutes all three times that i have called and was hung up on the 4th time. i honestly explained it as quickly as possible so they wouldnt think i was going to take up too much of their time. I just feel you needed a fair warning. dont be fooled by their reviews they literally ask you to go leave a good google review for a discount which is actually illegal. honestamente nunca dejo estos mensages pero el servicio al cliente es tan riduculo que siento que tienen que ser advertidos. Lo mas facil que un broker puede hacer es proveer la pagina de declaracion de su aseguranza. Me han puesto en espera mas de 15 minutos las 3 veces que eh hablado y me colgaron la cuarta. Les explique lo que ocupava rapidamente para que no pensaran que iva a tomar mucho de su tiempo ... solo sentia que deberian ser avisados..... no se dejen guiar por los buenos comentarios... literalmente piden que dejes un buen comentario cuando compras tu aseguaranza por un descuente que en realidad es ilegal."
