Treat the bankers with kindness so they too continue to be kind to other customers :) I appreciate your customer service Wells Fargo! "The slowest Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. It has 16 windows and only use 3 max. Only reason I come here is because it’s the closest one to my job site."

"Please be safe and avoid close gatherings with many people. WF response= Close 2 of the nearest branches in a Hispanic Community so that we can have 40 to 50 customers in the community come closer together, in line waiting for an hour or so than gather them inside for another 30 minutes of enclosed leisure of course not potentially exposing anyone. WF really is showing how much they value appreciate and care about their customers regular and business needs specially their (lower income) customers and Frontline employees. If you have an hour to spare and not worried about your health than come and party like it's 2022!"

"Waited for about 30min at the inside atm for someone to assist me with taking out more money than allowed at an outside atm. No one came to assist at any time. I asked for assistance from a male employee, about 5min into my wait, who said to wait and someone would be there with me. No one showed. Transaction was then denied. Other employees standing around did not offer assistance and assured someone with a tablet would help soon. 0/5 wont be coming to this branch again"

"I came in about a week ago and had me waiting for over 1 hour just to get a new card replacement which was pretty ridiculous. And to make it even worse they like to acuse people of stealing money when the bank is the one stealing in the first place. Also there’s only like two bank tellers available in the whole bank who I caught talking behind my back because of something I was wearing, they’re very very rude. Please don’t come here avoid yourselves being put in a stressful situation, save yourself some time and go to Bank of America better because they don’t condone this type of behavior and they wouldn’t do such thing as to acuse you for something you didn’t do. #wellsfargostealsmoney #shutitdown"
