"Went there to make payment on my Visa card yesterday, I .asked bank teller a question about my statement, she didn’t want to answer me, I asked again, not answered..till a 3rd time, she said it’s a number in the back of your credit card! I never ever had this kind of ‘customer service’ in my life! Note: there was no one in line at the time..from now one I’ll go to other branch! This branch needs to hire matured, experienced bank teller, instead of young girl!!"

"The manager cancels accounts if you have a fixed income and have autopay with bills and doesn't matter to him.He tried to cancel my account through the phone 2 weeks BEFORE and I never answered the phone.SSI was paid on the 3rd and I went into the bank on the 4th after bills were paid and In person he flat out cancels my account based on his lack of knowledge on how to run a bank.I was told I swore at someone.Yea, ? Get a Life. ..But low and behold..Bills got paid and if the manager cancelled the account,the SSI check would have been set back a few weeks.Must be a Manager bitter's End to do this to Folks.Avoid the place.Cancelling A Government Check ? Wow,What a Turd."

"Everytime I go into this location there's an issue. And every time Im bringing in the same check, for the same amount from the same company who has an account with chase. Its ridiculous how difficult they make it to cash a simple check when every other location is hassle free."
