"I have always had a great experience with Citibank and all its branches except for this one. There are always 15 to 20 people in line while only one teller is open. The same excuse is always given out stating that they are short handed. Seems pretty weird that for the past 3 years I have been going to this branch they are always short handed. I tried on multiple occasions to open a secondary account only to be sent back home stating they cannot help me because they once again are short handed. Keep in mind this is different days out of the week at different times. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a branch that actually cares about its members."
