"Came in on Saturday morning and being the first one enter the store. Nila opened the door at 10am and decided to help someone behind us first. I explained to her I am in a rush and also being the first one enter the store but she ignored and doesn’t care. We live in the neighborhood and like come to this brand. "Impossible to get connected with the branch manager Arlene. Her number on the business card it’s totally off and doesn’t even ring properly. They made a huge mistake that has to be corrected yet no one attended to us. I already files. Complaint with the Attorney General and next is the Office of Controller for unethical practices and refusal to correct the tellers mistake. Horrible customer service horrible bank with no knowledge"

"The environment inside the branch is chaotic and stressful, the wait times are awful and the banker's training is lacking and mistake prone. Although the overbooked bankers and tellers are friendly enough, their mistakes cause a lot of wasted time and money. Because the banker I was working with did not know Citi policies well enough, they caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary back and forth with my accounts. The person always said something was possible but then found out it wasn't, often to my detriment. And I wasn't trying to do anything particularly complicated. While waiting in the bank on various days, I overheard some horror stories. There was ALWAYS at least one loud frustrated customer inside. I overheard mistakes made with local and international wire transfers, customers locked out of their accounts, clerical mistakes made in sending out new debit cards and people just frustrated that they had been waiting an hour or more - with an appointment."

"I don't know how they treat regular customers but In this day and age you cannot judge a person by how they dress. Each and every time I entered this bank I was ignored. When I tried to get attention I was told I had to ,"wait in line or wait my turn". Citigold, a joke. Go elsewhere and certainly do NOT allow them to invest any significant amount of money!"
