"This has been my worst banking experience ever. I was part of First Republic and after the acquisition Chase lost over 150 of our employees’ financial information. They told me every week that it would be fixed in 3 to 5 business days and promised me over and over again, and now it’s been almost 2 months and still no resolution or even an update. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism and accountability, it’s just a matter of days until I switch my account to a different bank because of the clear negligence."

"The phone is usually busy and calls are not returned. The ‘Private Banker’ Zach does not provide good customer service. In fact he indiscriminately transferred me to another banker in Glendale after he stopped responding to service requests (1 per year) I guess my net worth fell below his personal goals. I’m trying to reach the branch manager. Let see if she tries to contact me."

"Evey helped me open up a sapphire preferred card. I’ve never applied in branch and she made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Any of the questions I had, she was extremely helpful explaining things like how to improve credit score and such. Thankful i have her as a contact for any future questions!"

"Made a wire transfer at 10:30AM at the branch and was told it wouldn’t take more than 2 hours for it to hit the recipients account. I needed the money in the account by 1PM. Five hours later and over an hour wasted on the phone and still no transfer. Back at the branch to be told to sit and wait because it’s in “limbo”.... how wonderful!"

"I recently opened a checking account 12 days ago and today received a letter detailing that my account will be closed. I called to verify if the information was correct. The bank stated that they decided to end their banking relationship with me and they did not provide me a reason as to why they were closing my bank account. The lesson I learned is that I should have listened to my friend who claimed Chase is a terrible bank and I shouldn't open an account with them. For anyone planning on opening a bank account with Chase, I advise you to go to a different banking company. There you will be provided full explanations and better service."
