"Customers are exceptionally patient as every time we walk in there's a line and only one teller. I come in quite frequently to make deposits for a business, the manager is always saying they're trying to hire more tellers or theyve just hired more tellers or blaming the line on a holiday/payday. Regardless of the reason it is ALWAYS packed. Seems to be poor management in scheduling these tellers at appropriate traffic flow times or hiring back up for call outs. Get it together."
