"The girl in charge of the store is discriminatory, she talks bad about you and makes fun of you while you are waiting at the checkout to pay. It does not apply the discount that it offered you at the beginning and gives you a validation for useless parking. The young Caucasian is totally the opposite, he apologizes for the actions of the evil element."

"We were in the store on July 8 at 7 p.m. The fitting room was closed. We checked with the employee, she said that you can try it on in the hall, since I really needed it. A little later another employee came up and started kicking us out. We started asking the reason for the closure an hour before the end of business hours and whether the fitting room would be open tomorrow. She replied “if you don’t like something get out.” I consider such a response from a store employee to be inadequate and spoil the reputation. After that I asked her name and she rudely replied “no”. So I don't know the name, but she was a black woman with her hair in a ponytail. I live nearby, but I would rather go to another store further away from home than endure such treatment from the employees."

"My experience with a worker named "Zee" at this Forever 21 store today was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, her negative attitude was palpable. Instead of a simple greeting, I was met with rudeness. When I approached the counter to make a return, she did not bother to help properly; she insisted I take the items out of my bag myself (this is her job). As if that wasn't enough, when I asked her to dispose of the plastic bag, she refused, stating: “its a company policy that we cannot take or throw away any customer purchase bags and throw them away”. I have confirmed that this in fact is NOT a policy in place at all, after calling customer service to verify. The real kicker was her handling of my return. Despite clear evidence that the item was sold without a tag, she adamantly refused to issue a refund, claiming it was damaged due to a tiny makeup smudge. When reassured with her colleague's confirmation that the tag was missing at the time of purchase, she still pointed fingers at me, blaming me for their incompetence. This employee's unhelpful demeanor and lack of professionalism made what should have been a simple return a frustrating and unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I discourage anyone from coming to this location, if they want to avoid dealing with a dimwit like Zee. HR, please assist and provide this employee with further customer service training."

"Falsely accused of stealing had security kick me and my 1 year old out the store and trespassed us. We are currently waiting for the police. We are black by the way. Live down the street and shop here all the time. I’ll keep you all updated: they also locked us out the store and had an employee waiting at the door to block us from coming in. Update **** the police finally showed up and advised us to file a civil lawsuit. Claims the manager told him that he saw us stealing lol which the officer also noted everything he said is on body cam and can be used in court to further the investigation. It’s funny that this forever 21 is accusing black people of stealing when they are always basically giving items away with the Buy 1 sale item get 1 item FREE. It’s always dead in here and I would know because I literally come here all the time. The items they pick out are dated and no one shops here. I only come to grab a few essentials that I hardly ever wear if I didn’t throw it out from the trash quality of material. Anyways see you guys in court! Please keep the same energy you had today."

"Solid F21 location with good customer service. Everything seems well spaced out except the closer you get to the register. A lot of the display racks, accessories and deal items are a bit congested. They have an awesome men's department as well as clothing options for all. The store was undergoing some slight maintenance, but the flow from start to finish is great. Forever 21 of the Hollywood Highland Shopping Center has excellent fitting rooms and great healthy and safety procedures and practices in place."
