"Where do I begin! I went to EB pretty close minded thinking & knowing I wanted one dress and one dress only. Katie helped me with my first shopping experience & I chose a dress I loved and thought I wanted. 2 months before my wedding, my vision changed & both Patty & Katie helped me remain calm as I was close to having a breakdown about my dress. They invited me back to EB to try on my true dream wedding dress. I absolutely fell in love. It was 6 sizes too big & with not much time left until my wedding, doing alterations on that dress wasn't realistic. Patty got on the phone instantly with the designing team to see if the dress can be ordered in my size in time for my wedding, and to no surprise these girls made it happen! I am truly grateful I trusted them to make sure my wedding day was a true dream of mine. My dress is absolutely beautiful and I obviously couldn't have made that happen without them.
