Reviews of Pasta|Bar
"Came with a close friend for an incredible, unforgettable experience. The presentation, the food, the service, absolutely everything was amazing and the team went above and beyond to accommodate an allergy. My mind was blown originally by the sushi omokase experience and the pasta experience was similarly mind blowing. This is now favorite restaurant of all time."
"It's a Michelin rated restaurant, they delivered the expectes level of service. The GM was friendly and well trained in service. The kitchen was a well oiled machine. The food was excellent. Expect to pay ~$300 a head. It may be hard to find, it's not on street level, you have to go up the escalators. A small sign on the door let's you know you're there. For the right occasion, it's a solid choice."
"Absolutely pleasant experience. Heart warming staff, exemplary food, amazing vibes. It’s a very small dining experience but you feel like you are part of the family. The staff is down to earth individuals that are happy to let you enjoy your experience without interruptions or share experiences from their lives. It was such a nice evening, highly recommend."
"Went here for my birthday and had a great time. Every food item was exquisitely made with care and passion and obviously tastes incredible. We were the last group of the day and they let us take a photo with them in the kitchen too which was a great experience. Every staff member had great customer service and were very attentive to our needs. My cat even ate the cookie that they gave us at the end when I left it out on the counter unattended (proving how good irresistable the food was) and I called them just to make sure it wasn't toxic and got a prompt response back immediately."
"It’s definitely an awesome and unique foodie experience. Let’s start with the logistics they open up reservations a month before and it’s requires a $25 per person deposit which is applied to your total bill. It’s definitely not a cheap dinner at $195 a person. They have timed servings for about 10 people per time slot. Once you arrive you get a welcome cocktail before the entire group is ushered through a door into the restaurant. You are then seated in an open kitchen style bar seating half circle table while the servers and chefs introduce themselves and get you ready for your dinner. Each course is beautifully created like a piece of art, placed on front of you and explained in such great detail. If you are expecting pasta after pasta dishes the name Pasta Bar will throw you off since very few dishes were pasta. Each dish is meticulously prepared and each bite had such unique flavors. They start with warm sourdough bread, 9 courses and then finish off with dessert. Each bite was heaven. Weirdly they hand you the menu at the end of the meal. They also change their menu seasonally so you should plan your return accordingly so you can try a different menu."
