"I was SCAMMED. I ordered the plaid red/grey boyfriend jacket back 12/2021 and currently I still do not have my jacket nor did I received my refund that was offered to me back 02/2022. I had been in contact with the company via email a few times regarding the item and because of the “said” delays in shipping they ended up offering me a refund. I accepted, they said they would get the process started and then nothing. I’ve sent follow up emails and received nothing in return. I no longer see any pre order/back order info regarding items purchased last year so why do I not have my jacket or my refund. Now they have new pre-order verbiage for April purchases setting up for a new scam. If you can’t shop in person please do not shop online."

"Do not order from this company. Like many other reviewers, I ordered from this business, months have gone by, and they never sent me my items. They do not have a customer service number so I sent multiple emails to find out what was going on with my order. They did not reply. I finally put in a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. If I had known there were so many reviews on this company that echoed my experience, I would not have ordered from herfavoritela. Steer clear of this company!!!!"

"Holiday Shopping on 12/17 and should have read reviews. It’s 1/24 and have yet to receive my item. Initially email response, I was told shipping would be expedited the Week of 1/3 and that I would receive update. Still waiting on an update (and a response to my second inquiry). I spent over $100 and would like a refund"

"Should've read the reviews. Ordered on 12/19, today is 1/16 and still no update or item. Edit: I received my refund and was asked to reach out before leaving a negative review. I understand you’re a small business who had an influx of orders during the holidays, but please consider checks and balances with regard to it’s thoroughness. Thanks for following up. "I wish I read these reviews prior to making my purchase. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but the customer service is unacceptable. I placed an order in March for a pre-order item. In April they informed me that due to COVID, there was a delay in shipping my order. That I complete understood. In May, I sent a follow-up email to check on the status of my order. I received a response stating "we are expecting delivery of all plaid boyfriend jackets to our warehouse on or around May 29th. All orders will then be shipped and bumped up to expedited shipping which at that time shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be sent as well.For any customers that cannot wait until new ship date a refund or credit can be processed at that same time." I never heard from them since that last email. So, I reached out at the end of June to request my refund. I have not received a response. Several emails later, still no response. I wish I was able to post this without giving any stars. Please do not waste your money on this store. The other reviews are correct. You don't receive your items, status updates on your order, or your money back."
