"Great experience shopping here. Such a well-curated selection of cool stuff (I got 4 different unique gift bundles for my family’s holiday “white elephant” tradition, all for around $40 each! I’d been struggling with / dreading this for weeks and it was easy to get done at this shop!) and I picked up a bunch of very reasonably priced clothes for myself. The person working in the shop was knowledgeable and delightful! I’d definitely come back here."

"This place deletes bad yelp reviews and treats customers with blatant disrespect. I have no affiliation with this place at all and actually used to shop here .. until i found out all they care about is the money and they treat everyone as criminals. do not touch merchandise or even pick it up to check the price unless you want to be accused of stealing. i will never be returning here and never support this business again trust me if you shop here you are making a big mistake. they value nothing but greed and could care less about customers or any negative criticism they receive they take zero responsibility and Blame customers for all their mistakes and that is how you tell this business’s true colors.!"

"My 15 year old daughter and her friend - both very good kids, were shopping here on this past weekend and bought several items and then were accused of shoplifting by 2-3 people on the staff. Not only did they steal nothing they had purchased several items prior to the accusation. My daughter was upset and innocent said, "we did not steal you can search us.", which the attendants proceeded to do. There were no stolen items, no apologies and only more attitude. I am a Venice local and have been taking my daughter in here since she was a little girl. I called and asked to speak with manager and the clerk told manager and then came back on phone and said she wasn't there. Deplorable customer service, poor management, and arrogant rude behavior. Anyone know the owner?"
