The barista is working very hard to fulfill everyone’s orders completely alone with no support —and doing an excellent job I might add. I think the management at Red Bay needs to consider supporting their employees better because this frankly does not reflect well on them as an employer."

"I love Red Bay Coffee in Ferry Building, and was stoked to be able to visit their new location in Fillmore. Thanks, Yelp Elite Experience. The coffee shop is located inside Shake Shack. It’s on the right when you enter. The whole place is clean and there are plenty of seats outside for patio seating. They have a self-ordering iPad, but you can also have someone help with your order. I didn’t get the barista’s name, but he’s so helpful and friendly. Service is fast too. I ordered a mocha and a kouign aman. Mocha is creamy and delicious. The kouign aman is also a winner - the nuts made the texture and taste better."

"Don't let the current rating distract you, this is the best coffee shop in the area. Their baristas are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they make the best oat milk latte. They also have pastries and all sorts of coffee knickknacks for the coffee lovers under us. Great location too!"
