"Approached by an employee who told me this is the children area never asked me if I had a child just assumed and made me if I as a library member didn't belong in that section even though my child was on the tablet . To me it was very unprofessional of her to make that statement I have been attending this library for some time. Please offer more training to employees on how to address matters."

"One of my favorite places! Only problems here is a man, i think he was a staff member? was a bit rude to me and it made me not wanna come back for a few weeks… and the reception/wifi is so bad here."

"I never been to this library and decided to check it out since it's a local library open on a Monday. I came here because I needed to do homework for my online class. However there was a sign that said WiFi is out. A patron came up to ask about the wifi when the young girl with glasses apologized but didn't appear interested in helping him out. He asked if all local the local libraries were out of WiFi and she said the closest one he can go to is the Norwalk library. If she was genuine in assisting him she would know the Norwalk library is closed on Monday's and help him look for an open library on her phone instead of just giving him an answer to go away. I understand technical difficulties come out of no where but the staff needs to work on being more helpful. I recommend a training on the RUSA guidelines for this particular employee."

"I was very impressed with this library. Located next to the Downey Theater, this is a great community resource. They have so much to offer here from free sewing classes to a small recording studio. They even have some 3D model making machines! They also have laptops and charging cables that can be used while at the library. They also have study rooms that can be rented for 2 hours with a library card membership. I even was able to get a free book to keep."
