"I tried to place a bulk order for weeks only to be given the run around. Because of Covid-19 I expected certain things, so I called and called and when I finally reached someone she explained that they were definitely open and taking online orders, but that I could pick up my items in person since I lived in the LA area and accurate shipping estimates weren't possible. She told me someone would contact me but they never did, so I called back again about 5-7 days later. When I reached someone my name was taken down and they confirmed the order I placed once again. I was told that someone would contact me with pick-up instructions. ONCE AGAIN NO ONE CONTACTED ME AT ALL. After numerous calls and emails, as instructed, I was so irritated to waste so much time so close to the holidays too. For Kwanzaa I had to make everything from scratch/by hand (Kinara, etc) and as for all of the books that I was ordering, I just had to find alternatives or go without and make my apologies to anyone that I promised those books that I could not find. I still have not had anyone follow up since over a month ago now. I have since had to walk back my statements to everyone that I promoted them to and at this time, I could not say anything positive about my experience because it feels so poor and unresolved. I would love for someone there to show that they care enough about the business and it's customers to address issues instead of ignore them, but I have no signs that this will happen in 2021."

Before I made my purchase, I called and spoke to one of your representatives about the book and the delivery time. My class will start at the end of August and I wanted to start reading it during quarantine. The person I spoke with gave me a lot of good information about the book and took time to answer all my questions. I received the book last Friday and have already started reading it. "Do not order from this business. They are fraudsters. I spent over $100 on their website and never received my items. I was forced to open up a dispute with paypal. Additionally, these people never responded to my email requests to simply get a tracking number for the order. Turns out it never existed. Additionally, when I called the customer service line they demanded my full 16 digit credit card even though I made the purchase through paypal. These people are criminal scammers. Do not order from this company. Your money will disappear and you won't receive your books."
