"There is a bus stop right across the street from where I live and somehow can't catch the bus. Every day every time it comes it arrives 5-8 minutes EARLY and DOES NOT STOP to wait for people and to be on time with the schedule. I watch it pass by my living room window as I am about to leave. I do not understand how I could possibly miss my bus when I get to the bus stop 3-5 minutes before it is set to come. I am so angry at the AMRTS and their failure to serve the public properly."
