"My husband and I attempted to visit this store having looked it up on the internet. We get there on our anniversary night and the door was locked, but there were people inside. I called the store from the car, and I was told that there were 15 gang members outside. ??? There were no people outside except my husband and I, and one other guy that went back to his car and left. The police showed up and asked my husband , “Where’s everybody at?” My husband and I are in our 50’s first of all. 2nd this is a bad look for your business for out of town visitors. 3rd if there were gang members out there, what took the police so long to arrive ? And why did one lonely officer show up for something that could have been a dangerous situation? So rather than spending our anniversary evening having some spicy fun, We started looking up Oxnard gang information, and decided to write a short story on our experience. I guess this is what you when you’ve been married 30 years."

They went above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable but educate me on different products to help find exactly what I was looking for. Although Melina is a shining star, everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. "So second time visiting the store. First time the black dude denied me entrance to the arcade. Said they were close for the rest of the night. But it was like 3 hours till closing. Very condescending the way he spoke. Second time around like a month later came in about 2 hours before closing, low and behold the black dude is working. Go and proceed to get the arcades and again says they are closed. Now this feels personal, I mentioned to him he said the same thing last time and again very condescending replies its closed for the night. I told him there's people in there, and he said " oh yeah but I'm getting ready to get them out" I said but its 2 hours till closing. Very rude. I was buying some other items but decided to leave everything behind. Not spending my money somewhere I'm being discriminated on. Management needs to fire him, the store is losing money. The arcades are their biggest revenue. You don't need these type of employees working for you guys, very unprofessional. I frequent this store at least 1 or 2 a month. But I rather drive to the adult shop which is further than have to deal with this guy ever again."

"Very rude. Argued With me about the price of a item I told the lady I saw it online for low please Check it . She said it on the bottle the price . What you know I was right it was a lower price .she was Making sound like she didn’t want to be there."

"This place is terrible. I went down there during business hours and they closed and locked the doors early. I made eye contact with the sales woman who said sorry we re closed at which point I showed her my phone indicating it was ten minutes before their advertised closing time. She said I don t care . So I called and they picked up the phone. The same woman said they actually close when the register is turned off - in a matter of fact, everybody knows this way, as if they turn off their brain 15 minutes before closing as well. I said I m going to complain - again she said I don t care . If you re a chain manager for this company please fire this woman - it was last night."
