"This was a great hike with amazing views. It was a lot harder than I expected but once you’re at the top it’s worth it. You can park at the skate park at the very bottom near the restrooms and head up. I found once I’d done the hike I met a road area where I did a right then another right at the stop sign which takes you back to the skate park. Total loop was 2.8k with a 215m elevation. Great for a 20 to 30 minute run and walk. Will be doing again tomorrow :)"
"Park near the skatepark if it's open. There is a trailhead close to the bathroom. Nice views and I'd call it a medium difficulty trail. It is also a biker trail so watch out for them. Otherwise it's a really nice hike."
"Nice walk, entire path is paved making it easy to follow and walk along, however also makes it popular for bicyclist. With the sweeping ups and downs, bikes can travel pretty fast at certain parts, otherwise bikes are conscious towards people walking. It's about 3 miles in and 3 back out and has 3 Vista points."
"This is an ok place to hike, but a bit challenging to find. Make sure to park at Richars Steed park as map will misdirect you. Trail starts at the park."
"Probably my favorite trail in San Clemente. Lot's of hills provides a little extra challenge without being too rough. Great views."
