"I've ridden NTS buses for more than 16 years and, overall, have been very happy with the service. The vehicles are always cleaner than the LA buses and, generally, more dependable. When I've had questions or an issue, the folks in the office have been very helpful and courteous. The only reason I took off one star was because there is no longer as much weekend service as there once was. Many of the routes were cut back during the 2008 financial collapse, and they haven't returned. Of course Covid didn't help either."

"I'm not someone who enjoys writing bad reviews, even when such reviews are warranted. As someone who often takes public transportation, I understand that buses can be late, especially around rush hour. With that said, I honestly never thought any transit system could be worse than the MTA. Well, Norwalk Transit now holds that dubious distinction. The buses tend to run anywhere from ten to twenty minutes late and many of the drivers are incredibly rude. I had a driver refuse to let me board her bus despite the fact that I had to wait for a fire engine to pass before crossing the street to the bus stop. She saw me asking her to wait and the light her direction was red. Not pleased with the lack of customer service at all. The few drivers who are courteous and on time unfortunately are overshadowed by the bad drivers which is sad."

"Customer service representatives need more training on how to satisfy Norwalk Transit riders. It doesn't matter what the situation is, the service that is provided should be in a good manner and not argue who is right and who is wrong. That is why this company has a low rating which is sad due to the fact that Norwalk doesn't have that much bus routes."

"Reading a google review from A YEAR AGO, I would like you to know the woman bus driver on #7 route in the late afternoons IS STILL MILKING THE CLOCK AND CONSISTENTLY LATE! She sits in the terminal and doesn't even start up her bus till she's scheduled to pick up but DOESN'T leave the parking bay to pick up her passengers till 5-10 minutes AFTER SHES SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE. I've watched her milk up to 20 minutes just sitting parked on the side bay before turning on her lights etc. Mind you, this extra time is after she's ALREADY BEEN ON A 45-50 MINUTE break! If there was another bus going my way I would GLADLY take it..."
