"Delayed initially, then on delivery day one hour before scheduled arrival time, I get an email their truck broke down. Tried calling their 1-800 number and no one to answer. This company is a complete mess"

"I ordered a treadmill from Amazon and Fidelitone. Amazon communicated it was expected to arrive on 5/23/20 by Fidelitone, is the party shipping company that Amazon uses. I contacted Fidelitone to provide them an updated contact number, a very nice woman advised me that treadmill had not arrived to them yet and they had no idea why it was delayed an extra week from Amazon. At no time did Amazon ever communicate anything to me. On 6/2 Fidelitone then reached out to me the treadmill had arrived and they could deliver it on 6/3 (still no communication from Amazon). 2 great guys from Fidelitone delivered the treadmill and advised me that the treadmill arrived severely damaged and they had to shrinkwrap it,back together as it was barely in the box. The 2 great delivery guys took photos for me to show me the severe damage and were kind enough to provide me the pics. These two guys (I wish I had gotten their names) were so kind and helpful. Overall I I give five stars to Fidelitone, as they are only part of this transaction who were helpful and communicative. This is a great shipping company and I would recommend them any time."
