It started with our Sales representative, Victor, who guided us through our options and helped us obtain some hard-to-find items. He kept me informed throughout the entire project. Shad and Josh arrived to deliver and install all the appliances. Unfortunately, some of our connections needed to be altered by our contractor. These two professionals said, "No problem, we'll handle our other deliveries and come back at the end of the day." After we made the necessary changes, they returned as promised late in the day to complete the installation. This was all done in 105-degree heat; it would have been much easier for them to return to the warehouse and have me reschedule, but they didn't. Not only that, their work was flawless.
