"Their technician did not show up during my scheduled 4 hour appointment window. I called asking for an update. Despite having scheduled this appointment the week beforehand, Tom’s phone operator said there was no record of my appointment in their scheduling system. Rather than acknowledge their error, the operator offered a vague excuse and never apologized. He simply said that now the next soonest appointment would be another 5 days away. I reminded him I had guests coming a few days later, which meant no other appliance repair services were now available on short notice. He didn’t seem to care and I was left to host a group with a broken oven and no apology from the company that should have been there in time to fix it."

"Brad just left my house. He did an excellent job of diagnosing my old faithful Maytag. He will let me know the price for the new brake system the washer needs. I'm hoping it's not too much as I want to continue with my washing machine. Brad was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The service fee was reasonable. I am a landscape contractor, and his rate was very similar to what I charge for a service call. I would use them again."
