"The atmosphere here is quite soothing, with the piano on the right-hand side, positioned against a wall with a few chairs scattered around, and a sofa set on the left as you enter. There were also some card games, books, and newspapers available. Although my drink was somewhat bitter, the cashier promptly responded to my request to make it sweeter and even suggested I try their other drink, which is known for its sweeter taste. I would gladly return to this establishment if I am in the area again."

"Edit: Had a not so pleasant experience ordering a drink and a piece of toast. The employee seemed to forget I was a paying customer and not her child. Everyone has a bad day but this was not the first time dealing with this employee. Overall, the drink and food was good, but the customer service experience not so much. Was in town with the family and decided to visit Steele House Coffee Shop. We are coffee connoisseurs having visited numerous coffee shops all over northern California. Steele House did not disappoint, from their amazing ambience, to the sound of vinyl records playing (which you can change from their selections), board games, great staff and of course their amazing coffee! I highly recommend Steele House Coffee."
