"Great place and good food. Freshly made food. Loved the burgers and the house made fries! Also tried the unique mashed potato cone"
"I came here yesterday. They were out of all dinner specials, fries, tuna, beef brisket, and grilled cheese. I got the Greek salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, and cheeseburger. The green salad was supposed to have cherry tomatoes, scallions, carrots, olives, feta cheese; which it did not have any. I pointed this out to staff and they assured me that this is the correct salad, and that the olives are sometimes at the bottom of the bowl. The mashed potatoes were very cold like they had been in the refrigerator, the portion of mashed potatoes in the cone was only at the skinny tip at bottom."
"Very good little waffle place on your way along the coast. When you're going into Trinidad it's on the left, right on the edge of the town as you exit the highway. Was busy when we were there, but the wait is definitely worth it. Parking all around the stand alone building, and seating inside and outside. Fully loaded waffle included brisket, bacon and mashed potatoes. Filling and makes you very happy!"
"A mashed potato-filled waffle cone was just as unique and tasty as I'd hoped. Got the brisket; gravy actually was seasoned with cumin, unexpected but not unpleasant! Cone has a bit of corn muffin flavor but still more of a waffle texture. Nice local support too. Worth a try if you're in Trinidad!"
"Lovely roadside restaurant. We stopped here for lunch on our way to SF from Seattle and were quite glad we did. Their sandwiches, especially the bbq tofu burger and the grilled fish with jalapeno jelly was amazing. The service here is quick and they have both indoor and outdoor seating."
