"My 17 and 14 year old children took three items from a place that said 3 for $10, but they were told they were 20 for 3. They were shocked and kept quiet, and the staff asked them with a scary look on their face, "Are you buying them? Or not?", and they ended up buying them without saying anything. I didn't get a receipt, so I was frustrated that I couldn't complain. It may have really been 20 for 3 items, but it's rude to be so unkind to customers. And they should make sure they don't mix up the products. My children said they never want to go there again. It's the worst store."

"Otaku hell. Only sells bootlegs, stolen art and low quality products. From figures to keychains NOTHING is official here and everything is resold from temu and looks horrible. Me and my friends spent a bunch of time in here just going "oh my god look at this" and laughing at the products, i'm so glad this place is shutting down. Genuinely the most mind boggling experience. It's insanely terrible."

"The ANIME REPLICA STORE! Style LA isn’t all knock-offs and cheap items. I actually got a couple of good finds here that would be sold for triple the price at a night market or anime convention. I was looking for a Demon Slayer haori and they had it here! It’s the exact same quality I would get at an artist alley. Now, shirts and sweaters are much cheaper quality and I wouldn’t recommend a majority of their stock. They have a few cool shirts, especially their JJK shirts but I wouldn’t expect home runs everywhere you turn. A lot of the store does have poor quality merch and blatant bootleg items. If that’s your thing, you’ll love this place. However, some of the shirt prints are pretty bad. I also found some large, clear backpacks for $20 which is a solid buy. My issue with this store is that it’s messy and merch is piled on top of each other. It’s very unorganized. Service was pretty good, I had all my questions answered quickly and the check-out process was seamless. Style Outlet LA accepts tap! "This place is good quality but I went there with my family and I'm a disabled vet and have a stem machine on my back 24 hours a day to walk ,but I had a carrying box and the employee told me I can't come in with it. I explained it to her but she didn't want to hear anything I had to say. She was very rude and didn't care what I said. So if you are disabled don't go to this store , because I felt ashamed and embarrassed to go back there. The other stores never gave me the problem and welcome me in. Other store owners asked me what happened and I told them what she did and how it made me feel. So my family didn't buy anything from that store and I'm disappointed with this store."
