"I can’t say enough great things about the owner and my trainer, Moli, and even the whole staff at Molivate Gym. I came in feeling defeated at 183lbs standing in at 5’8” with Body Fat at 30+% and not knowing much about how to workout. Come to find out, Moli explained to me that it was about diet as well. He came up with a personal regimen for and we set a goal each week. Every session at that gym, I felt a family atmosphere. All of the other trainers learned my name and even encouraged other trainees during their workouts. That’s teamwork! Actually that’s family! My success story is as follows: First week I come in at 183lbs 5’8” BF: 30+% and segway’d into the second week already over achieving because I was having fun with the plan Moli came up with for me. In the end, or at least my vacation goal, I was down to 158lbs and 17ish% Body Fat in less than two months!!!!! Oh yea, I had some muscles too ;P (Results may vary.) All I can say is, if you don’t know where to start, start at Molivate Gym. Any trainer there will get you to become the best you!
