Welcome to the LifeFit Center @ The Beach, a premier health and fitness facility located at 1250 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, California 90840. As a unique experiential learning and research laboratory within the Department of Kinesiology, we are dedicated to providing exceptional fitness and wellness services to the community.

Our expansive 6,000-square-foot fitness floor is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, catering to all your fitness needs. We proudly serve CSULB faculty, staff, and community members aged 49 and above, offering a diverse range of programs including group fitness classes, personal and small group training, wellness coaching, and informative wellness workshops.

At LifeFit, we are committed to promoting a culture of wellness on campus, aligning with the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMC) initiative. We invite you to experience our vibrant community, which includes members from all walks of life, from CSULB employees to Long Beach residents.
