"I've been working out at Naples Fitness three days per week for a little over six years. My trainer is David and I find him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Two of my major goals over the past few months have been to deal with balance and my aversion to stairs in preparation for a trip to Europe. David and I worked on this and my FitBit registered close to 95 flights of stairs during my recent 10-day trip to Spain & Portugal. What I like most about Naples Fitness is that it is very comfortable for people of various ages and body types. All of the trainers are very friendly and welcoming. I did a ballet barre class for about six months and had to quit due to scheduling issues; however, this 60+ year-old thoroughly enjoyed it."
