"Clean. So clean. Spray down equipment and air filtration in everyroom. Trainers are efficient and so personable. I have had great results. Literally 20 min twice a week and I am feeling the best I have in over 5 years. Its a bit pricey but I figure I'm paying for efficiency, results, professionally educated and trained staff, extremely clean/safe environment, with low impact high quality machines. My chronic lower back pain is gone and I have beat a man at arm wrestling. Booyah. Also, I am not huge on cardio so I figured build muscle, increase metabolism, increase energy, now I'll work on cardio. I actually feel like I have energy to do it."
