Also waiting on an update about a secondary account I was charged for for 2 YEARS without a signed contract or any proof of signing up for this membership. Don't know why I'm hopeful for getting my $1000 back.... Anticipating having to explain this situation to the 100th manager. 4/19/24 - I was right. Had to explain this again. 2 months later, a new manager, an email saying both refunds were approved and still NOTHING."

"Making canceling membership the worst experience. i had to call 3x just for them to pick up the phone. they ask for your checking account number on sign up so they can keep charging you no matter what. canceled months ago and they keep charging me. their records show i canceled but i keep getting charged. they force you to go in person to cancel. literally just easier to cancel my checking's and open a new one."

For the Long Beach area, this gym has the best staff by far. Will definitely try to come back whenever I need a gym in the area."
